Job Description:
-Prepare monthly analysis of cost
of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget,
providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the
risks. Partner with Product Management and Purchasing Team in
determining financial impact due to product cost reductions, new product
roll out, etc. and prepare periodic forecasts to update management on
projected results. Analyze financial performance against key business
metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable
management to determine progress against budgets. Identify, investigate,
and analyze potential operational improvement. As appropriate, based on
findings make proposal for operational changes (policy, procedures,
processes, etc.) To manage and supervise daily accounting. To manage
Account Payable function. To manage Donor accounting and other receipts.
To ensure accounting policies and processes are strictly laid out and
implemented. To prepare monthly MIS and Cash Flow Projections. To
prepare and review Budgets and Variance Analysis. To ensure Tax, PF and
other regulatory and statutory compliance are met with. To supervise
Payroll activities including liaising with external consultants for
payroll
-Qualifications Have a flare for numbers, work well with people,
aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and
have a very positive work attitude including willing to work some
longer hours during peak periods. Strong experience in income statement
analysis.

accurate preparation of Company monthly payroll including overtime, and
salary adjustments, deductions and or position changes Directs
computation of pay according to company policy. Directs compilation and
preparation of other payroll data, such as overtime, incentives, medical
costs, deductions, earnings, social insurance..etc. Reviews and
approves payroll deductions. Interprets company policies and government
regulations affecting payroll procedures
-Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 3-5 years
experience in similar position. • Excellent communication skills. •
Computer literate.

account from the system. Calculate the monthly effects and payroll for
CEOs approval. Communicate with the related banks to ensure the
transaction process is executed efficiently and resolve any related
queries regarding the transactions process. Update the HRIS system
regarding the budget, promotions, medical or life insurance annual
forecasted increase. Ensure HRIS system data are accurate Vs. budget.
Update the HRIS system with all promotions. Calculate and update the
HRIS system with the annual forecasted increase, medical insurance and
social insurance increase. Compare the actual payroll budget Vs. Planned
payroll, and finance on monthly basis. Justify saving/ over budget per
department Vs. Planned payroll budget.
